Garden Room Renovation

This garden room was set to the rear of an existing listed house and work had been carried out approximately 20 years’ previously. The roof pitch was incredibly shallow and water was starting to penetrate through the roof in different areas. The sliding timber door frames were also suffering from age and could no longer be opened.

We ended up leaving the original existing wall structures intact but completely removed the roof, the glazing and the structural elements to replace all entirely with new components. We also incorporated an entirely new floor to ultimately make this reusable all year round.
