High-end Holiday Let

We previously gained a planning approval to change the use of an existing dwelling into a series of high-end holiday lets in the town of Stow on the Wold. We were then approached by the client to seek approval for a new building structure in a stunning rural location to create a contemporary high-end modern holiday let structure. My clients felt there was a need for holiday accommodation in the area, but to provide a true home from home feeling for those with comfortable budgets. We successfully gained consent to build a new structure designed to be in the style of a barn conversion, but with contemporary materials such as dry stone walling for the external wall finish and zinc for the roof.
