Maugersbury, Cotswold Cottage Renovation

My client purchased this end of terrace cottage whilst living just down the road. He had never been involved with planning or construction work, so we provided comprehensive support throughout the design process, from the initial design stage to final completion of the work.

The front of the cottage required minimal change, however all windows throughout were replaced, including the front door.

On the rear, the existing cottage had been extended and altered by a previous owner many years’ ago. We demolished the existing extensions entirely and created a two-storey double gable rear extension to create a large modern kitchen with pantry and toilet on the ground floor, as well as a master bedroom with an ensuite and dressing room on the first floor.
